Collection:
Unfortunately, we do not offer pick-up services as we only work with delivery.
Delivery time:
Ornamental gravel can usually be delivered within 7 business days. For all other products the normal delivery time is 2-7 days. For logistical reasons we cannot give an exact delivery time window. Please note that the delivery period stated in your order is the earliest possible, but not guaranteed delivery period.
Presence at delivery:
If you are not at home, the goods will be offloaded at your address in a suitable location determined by the driver.
Material Quantity:
All products are delivered in tons, i.e. by weight. For this we also have a quantity calculator on the page.
Appearance:
Please note that these are natural products, therefore there may be some natural colour deviations. It is also possible that the stones look different when dry and that there is a layer of dust on the stones when they are delivered.
View and pick up yourself:
We are an online distributor for gravel and building materials. We are not located at a gravel pit ourselves. We work with local partners and it is not possible to visit them (see trial delivery).
Trial delivery:
With some products it is possible that a sample can be sent to you. These are listed on the page.

How long does the delivery take? When will my goods arrive?
Delivery depends on the region you live in and the delivery method you choose. We always strive for a fast delivery, which can be 2-7 or up to 10 working days after receipt of payment.
I have ordered, can you promise me a delivery date?
We cannot promise you a specific date. This is for logistical reasons; even if all parties involved are committed to ensuring that you receive your goods as quickly as possible, in the end something out of our control such as traffic jams can still happen and the driver will not reach you on time.
What is the price? How much does an order cost?
Depending on which product you choose, the price is made up of material costs for the big bags or pallets, filling of the goods and the journey. Not all products are available regionally, some are delivered from other regions; not all quarries supply all products, Welsh slate for example, always comes from Wales.
This also has an influence on the price. To find the final price you have to enter your postcode in the order form in the top left corner, select the desired products and then you have to go to the shopping cart. There you will see the final price with delivery and VAT. Shown.
What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
If it is not possible for you to be there, the delivery will be unloaded at the curb. You agree to this in our terms and conditions.
How much material should I buy?
All products are delivered in tons, i.e. by weight. If you are unsure exactly how much you need, you can use our quantity calculator to calculate the required amount.
Do the products look exactly like on the pictures?
Since these are natural products, a colour deviation is often unavoidable. Therefore we never give colour guarantees on our products. Please note that many pictures seem to be divided on gravel direct in the middle. The left side is always a bit lighter than the right side. These are not 2 different materials, but the same material, one dry and one wet. The delivery of the stones is usually always covered with dust, or often once again unwashed. This reduces the material costs extremely.
I have often called and nobody answers the phone.
Since we often have to deal with a lot of enquiries at once, it is sometimes difficult for us to answer the phone immediately. You can always send us an e-mail or use the contact form. We strive to offer the best customer service and will respond to you as soon as possible.
I would like to lay out a car entrance with gravel, which gravel should I choose?
For visible areas we always recommend to have a look under the category ornamental gravel. Ornamental gravel is a carefully selected product that meets the highest visual demands.
Can I receive a trial delivery?
For some products it is possible that a sample can be sent to you. It would be best here if you could have a quick look at the page. There you can then see which products we can send you as a sample delivery.
